    Key Responsibilities
    • Campaign Strategy & Development: Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with business goals, leveraging digital, social media, email, content, events, and other channels to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
    • Cross-Channel Integration: Ensure a seamless customer experience by integrating marketing efforts across all platforms, including digital advertising, SEO, SEM, email, events, and content marketing.
    • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data analytics and market research to continuously optimize marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead acquisition, engagement, and conversion rates.
    • Collaboration & Alignment: Partner with internal teams, including sales, product, creative, and digital teams, to ensure marketing campaigns support business objectives and are aligned with broader corporate strategies.
    • Project Management: Oversee the execution of marketing initiatives, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and with a high level of quality. Manage timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations effectively.
    • Campaign Measurement & Optimization: Monitor and analyze the performance of all marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Develop and report on metrics that measure the impact of marketing efforts on lead generation, sales pipeline, and revenue growth.
    • Content Development & Creative Oversight: Work closely with content creators, designers, and external agencies to develop high-quality marketing assets, including blog posts, infographics, videos, white papers, and social media content.
    • Event Marketing: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns for events, including trade shows, webinars, and conferences, ensuring consistency across all marketing efforts.
    • Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently to maximize ROI on marketing spend.

      Work Experience:
    • Experience: 10+ years of experience in integrated marketing, campaign management, or related roles within the renewable energy, emerging technology, industrials, or SaaS sectors .
    • Leadership and Teamwork: Proven experience leading and managing cross-functional teams, with a focus on collaboration, communication, and driving results. Experience mentoring and coaching talent to develop high-performing teams. Prior team management is desirable.
    • Campaign Expertise: Strong background in developing and executing complex, multi-channel marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results.
    • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot) to track and optimize marketing performance.
    • Digital Marketing Knowledge: Deep understanding of digital marketing, including paid media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing.
    • Creative & Strategic Thinking: Ability to balance creative thinking with data-driven decision-making to deliver innovative marketing strategies.
    • Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present marketing strategies and results to leadership and stakeholders.

      Preferred Skills
    • Deep Experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Marketo.
    • Expertise with systems like MS Dynamics 365 Customer Insights for Salesforce for campaign management and performance tracking.
    • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), website publishing tools, graphic design tools, and video production. Experience with animation and video production is a plus.

    Position Overview

    The Sr. Integrated Marketing/Campaigns Manager or Director of Integrated Marketing/Campaigns will spearhead the development, execution, and optimization of cross-channel marketing campaigns aimed at enhancing brand visibility, generating demand, and driving revenue. In this role, you will lead integrated marketing initiatives that leverage digital, social, and traditional marketing channels to ensure cohesive and effective brand messaging across all touchpoints. Reporting to the VP of Digital Marketing, you will collaborate closely with key internal stakeholders, including sales, product, product marketing, creative, and digital teams, to drive engagement and growth.
    You will play a crucial role in developing multi-channel campaigns that resonate with target audiences, increase lead generation, and optimize customer engagement throughout the buyer’s journey.
