Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement paid media strategies on platforms including Meta, Google, Bing, TikTok, and LinkedIn for lead generation and/or eCommerce clients.
- Manage multiple client accounts independently, ensuring campaigns align with key performance indicators (KPIs) and business goals.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients, offering performance updates and addressing any inquiries.
- Tackle issues using available resources, demonstrating initiative in problem-solving.
- Analyze performance data (e.g., ROI, ROAS, CPA, CTR) and leverage insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure optimal utilization of high-quality advertisements and assets.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in paid media and integrate new insights into campaign strategies.
- Conduct A/B tests and embrace calculated risks to maximize client outcomes.
- Mentor and support junior team members while providing oversight on their campaigns.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with direct reports to facilitate their professional growth and evaluate performance.
Required Skills
- Extensive experience in paid media campaign management with a strong grasp of platforms like Google, Facebook, Bing, and more.
- Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing and mentoring team members.
- Ability to develop innovative paid media strategies and guide junior team members.
- Strong analytical skills to assess data and optimize campaign performance.
- Effective communication abilities to maintain strong client relationships.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in paid media campaign management.
- At least 18 months of experience in a leadership capacity, including team management and mentorship.
- Experience managing monthly budgets ranging from (200k to )1M.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and Tag Manager, along with troubleshooting skills.
- Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications are advantageous.
