What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Oversee the performance of various teams within the call center to ensure operational effectiveness
• Collaborate with the Program Director and Management Team to achieve departmental goals
• Plan, review, and optimize workflows to enhance efficiency within the call center
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures through accurate completion of daily tasks
• Provide guidance and support to team members, addressing questions and resolving customer complaints

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 1 year of management or team lead experience
• At least 2 years of experience in pharmacy, healthcare, medical billing, or insurance verification
• Experience with insurance eligibility verification and reimbursement processes
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information effectively

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Previous supervisory experience managing remote staff
• Proficiency in data entry with a typing speed of at least 30 words per minute
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of healthcare systems and patient care perspectives
