Roles & responsibilities:
- Actively participate and contribute to building new Business solution offerings leveraging AI, for Banking industry serviced by Hexaware in the marketplace.
- Lead the analytics solution design and architecture for all the fixed engagement proposals (i.e.solution driven deals). Coordinate with various Hexaware teams in bringing together a
- differentiated and competitive solution design for Banking client’s problem statement.
- Have a consultative mindset to problem solving with customers.
- Proactively explore application of Gen AI in business solutions and develop prototypes/ PoCs to take to the market.
- Be ready to lead strategic/ transformative Analytics/ Data science engagements for Hexaware’s key Banking accounts, in a billable capacity (either full or part-time billing).
- Be the face of Hexaware at the Banking client organization when in a billable engagement and develop strategic advisor relationships with business/ functional stakeholders.
- Stay in-tune with evolving new technologies and proactively obtain certifications where relevant.
- Work collaboratively in developing new go-to-market solutions for Hexaware’s partnerships (MS, AWS, Snowflake, Databricks etc.)
- Mentor and train junior analytics resources on AI capabilities, strengthen Hexaware’s domain knowledge of Banking LoBs and functions.
- Contribute to the building of Analytics, AI and Business Solutions practice in the Data & AI service line.
Minimum qualifications:
- 10+ years of relevant and hands-on experience in the field of analytics and data science applied in the Banking Industry domain. (either experience of working in a bank or working with Banking industry clients)
- Must have experience in building and delivering analytics solutions for business/ functional stakeholders in a Bank.
- Experience in specific areas of business analytics such as marketing, digital, customer experience, Banking operations, Finance etc. is a plus.
- ML Ops experience will be a big plus.
- An understanding of emerging areas like application of Gen AI, will be a huge plus.
- If from a consulting/ service background, the candidate must have experience in client facing engagements. Experience working directly with business & functional stakeholders in the
- Banking org.
- Additional industry experience is welcome (e.g. Insurance, Healthcare, Life Sciences etc.)
- Team leading experience would be preferred.
- Knowledge of/ experience working with the legacy/ market leading cloud and Data platforms (MS/ AWS/ Google Cloud Platform/ Snowflake/ Databricks).
- Graduate degree in engineering/ technology/ analytics/ Business administration or similar disciplines.
- With a valid work visa / PR in the US or Canada.
