What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Drive excellence in execution through process improvements, cross-functional alignment, and development integrations
  • Serve as the web operations subject matter expert for a portfolio of brands across industries and markets
  • Manage all website operations, including site maintenance, updates, marketing, promotions, shipping, and functionality
  • Conduct daily audits of the site to ensure accuracy of new products, pricing, content, and flow
  • Create and execute client campaigns, such as homepage promotion updates, landing pages, and blog creation and promotions
  • Act as the first line of defense for site and platform issues, resolving problems with little to no guidance
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, developing clear project plans and reporting updates to senior leadership
  • Utilize analytical insights to monitor site performance and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product management and engineering to ensure a positive site experience
  • Oversee 3rd party integrations and drive product enhancements through A/B testing

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Excellent communication skills and experience working in a cross-functional team
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical mindset and curiosity
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce and retail business practices
  • Strong work ethic and schedule flexibility, including availability for weekend projects or events
  • Remote work flexibility with monthly travel to the LA studio

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • 3+ years of experience in a digital retail environment or 2-3 years of management consulting experience
  • Working knowledge of e-commerce marketing, including email, affiliate marketing, display, PPC, and SEO
  • Understanding of retail and e-commerce A/B testing, marketing techniques, measurement, and financial principles
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Omniture, Google Analytics, CoreMetrics) and MS Office applications
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and Magento
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred
