Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the execution of eCommerce best practices by conducting site audits to optimize customer journeys and overall site performance.
- Implement enhancements and new functionalities to improve key performance indicators such as average order value (AOV), conversion rate (CVR), and units per transaction (UPT).
- Develop and execute merchandising strategies in accordance with brand guidelines and revenue targets.
- Optimize product pages and collections with relevant titles, descriptions, and meta tags.
- Refine the checkout process to ensure a frictionless shopping experience.
- Manage homepage and navigation updates to reflect current product offerings and brand messaging.
- Adapt promotional and campaign calendars based on product launches, supply chain changes, and market fluctuations.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to identify and leverage growth opportunities in the digital marketing landscape.
- Analyze product performance and sell-through rates to inform inventory replenishment strategies.
- Lead and prepare comprehensive materials for client meetings, including weekly, biweekly, and monthly updates.
- Act as the primary liaison for daily operations and client interactions.
- Provide mentorship and support to the eCommerce Coordinator to foster their professional growth.

Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience within a digital retail or eCommerce setting.
- Comprehensive understanding of eCommerce and retail best practices.
- Familiarity with eCommerce marketing techniques, including email, social media, affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, and display advertising.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and project management software (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Experience with eCommerce platforms, preferably Shopify.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
