About the Job

The Brand Success Manager will be responsible for managing a book of business that improves client health and extends the lifetime value of the brands that work with us.

As a Brand Success Manager, you will showcase excellent communication and negotiation skills. You will also act proactively to address clients’ needs, build relationships with new customers, and foster existing customer accounts to develop new sales opportunities and expand the Company’s market share. Ultimately, you should contribute to an increase in sales and maintain our company-client relationships at a high standard.

Essential Functions:

  • Build and maintain client relationships by setting and managing expectations, as well as addressing any client concerns with grace — we aren’t happy unless the client is delighted.
  • Coordinate and execute all ongoing client campaigns in accordance with program offering/scope as well as optimizing and problem-solving when necessary to make campaigns successful
  • Minimize churn and program cancellations by maximizing the value our clients realize from our service offerings.
  • Identify opportunities for ascension and upsells as well as ensure existing clients consistently renew their programs.

Job Requirements

  • Broad knowledge and experience with social media platforms (e.g. Instagram and Youtube)
  • The general comfort level for working with and learning new software
  • Willingness to read specific sales-related materials; consistently train as necessary
  • General understanding of influencer marketing preferred

Education and Experience

  • Degree in Business, Marketing or Communication preferred but not required
  • 5 years of account management experience in a related sales or SaaS environment
