Neo Ross International specializes in organizing events focused on entrepreneurship, leadership development, strategy creation, and execution for small and medium enterprises. Its enterprise solution, Aspire, delivers custom-tailored strategic planning offsite events for founders and C-suite executive teams. Neo Ross International is currently hiring for the following position:

Business Development Executive (Remote Position)

In this role, you will:

  1. Identify and Pursue Business Opportunities: Research and target new client segments, strategic partnerships, and potential markets for the organization’s event services and Aspire solutions.
  2. Prospect and Qualify Potential Clients: Identify and assess potential clients through research, outreach, and qualification to ensure alignment with Neo Ross International’s services and values.
  3. Develop Client Relationships: Establish, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with founders, C-suite executives, and key decision-makers to drive repeat business and referrals.
  4. Networking and Outreach: Represent Neo Ross International at industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and establish connections.
  5. CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, opportunities, and progress in the CRM system, ensuring a clear pipeline of potential deals.
  6. Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns and promotional strategies that enhance lead generation and brand positioning.

Requirements

  1. A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  2. A passion for contributing to others’ success and achievement.
  3. At least 3 years of experience in a Business Development Manager role (or similar).
  4. At least 3 years of experience in luxury or high-end product roles.
  5. Fluent in written and spoken English and Lithuanian.
  6. A result-oriented, customer-focused, service-minded, and flexible approach.
