About You
Are you a motivated professional with excellent relationship-building skills and in-depth knowledge of the asset finance industry? If so, this role could be an ideal next step for you.
Experience in car and asset finance, as well as familiarity with the third-party channel, are essential. This position requires both sales expertise and technical insight into the asset finance sector.
While existing broker relationships are advantageous, they are not required. This is a relationship-driven sales role.Â
About the Position and Main Duties
As the Victorian BDM, you’ll play a vital role in expanding our market presence and building strong connections with third-party distributors. This role provides the autonomy to drive growth in the region and strengthen our position as a leader in the industry.
In addition to third-party engagement, you’ll oversee team performance, meet profitability targets, and ensure compliance with all industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business development across Victoria
- Expand your client network to grow the pipeline
- Maintain and nurture relationships with current brokersÂ
- Support new members with application processing and onboarding
- Utilise and manage our CRM platform
- Ensure all operations comply with industry regulations
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and training sessions
- Generate sales reports and update social media with program updates
- Assist members with growth opportunities
Requirements
- At least two years in a senior role within the industry
- Strong understanding of the third-party channel
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability in stakeholder relationship management
- Effective time management and prioritisation
- High work ethic and adaptability
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Queensland and interstate
Compensation
We offer a competitive, negotiable package, including a strong base salary and commission structure.
