• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and secure new clients locally and internationally, focusing on BPO, healthcare, and technology industries.
• Leverage existing networks to establish partnerships and explore strategic alliances to expand Metacom’s offerings.
• Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing business development team.
• Develop and implement scalable, end-to-end business development workflows that are replicable for new hires.
• Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and craft strategies to position Metacom as an industry leader.
• Set KPIs for the team and drive results through effective performance management.

• What We’re Looking ForA minimum of 5 years in business development with a strong track record of building and scaling teams in the staffing or similar industry.
• Ability to design and execute strategies that drive sustainable business growth.
• Established relationships with decision-makers in relevant industries.
• Experience in creating efficient and scalable workflows for team operations.
• Exceptional ability to inspire, lead, and grow a team.
• History of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and client acquisition goals.
• Strong ability to articulate ideas and value propositions clearly and persuasively.
• Must be willing to work in Baliuag, Bulacan
