We are looking to expand our footprint in the China market and are seeking a Performance Business Development Specialist to lead our efforts in driving high-value partnerships, securing large-scale deals, and accelerating growth in this key region.

Role Overview:

As the Performance BD, you will spearhead Inviox Studios’ business development strategy in China, focusing on securing major partnerships, driving high-value sales, and expanding the company’s presence in the region. You will be part of a global team, reporting to the Chief Business Development Officer, and your compensation will be based on your performance, including significant stock options and performance-based commission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Market Expansion: Identify and secure new business opportunities in China, focusing on high-value deals and strategic partnerships in the gaming, tech, and entertainment sectors.
  • Negotiate Large Deals: Lead negotiations for multi-six-figure to seven-figure contracts with top-tier clients and partners, establishing Inviox as a leader in the Chinese market.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop long-term, profitable relationships with key clients, investors, and industry leaders.
  • Revenue Growth: Focus on increasing the company’s revenue through successful business development and partnerships.
  • Report and Track Performance: Regularly track and report on sales performance, optimizing strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Team: Work closely with the global executive team to ensure business development efforts align with the company’s overarching strategy.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven Track Record: At least 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in gaming, entertainment, or tech industries.
  • Experience with Large Deals: Strong experience in closing high-value, multi-million-dollar contracts, with a demonstrated ability to handle large negotiations.
  • Deep Understanding of China Market: Knowledge of the Chinese gaming, entertainment, and tech industries, with established relationships and networks in the region.
  • Results-Oriented: A self-motivated and driven individual who thrives in a performance-based environment, with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong Negotiator: Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to navigate complex deals and partnerships.
  • Fluent in Chinese and English: Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English is a must to communicate effectively with local and global stakeholders.
