• Conduct knowledge audits to identify gaps and create or update materials for retention and proactive knowledge sharing.
• Streamline the collection, organization, and distribution of knowledge using appropriate tools and processes.
• Identify automation and optimization opportunities within business processes and implement solutions to address them.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand challenges, define pain points, and create tailored strategies for streamlined workflows.
• Configure and manage automation tools, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Maintain a centralized knowledge base, ensuring it is accurate, relevant, and accessible to all ITCAN team members.
• Oversee performance and expense management systems, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Plan and coordinate integration and migration projects for new tools with key stakeholders.
• Develop and enforce standardized guidelines for process documentation.
