Salary: 180.000€ – 220.000€ + stock options

Location: Full remote

You’re a Chief Marketing Officer who is passionate about blockchain and wants to leave a mark and make a significant impact in the sector?

Backed by leading Web3 investors, our client is an AI company operating within blockchain technology that is on a mission to revolutionize interactions between humans and Artificial Intelligence.

They are now looking for a visionary CMO with a proven track record of building and scaling a marketing department at a blockchain company to join them and unlock their full potential.

As a hands-on Chief Marketing Officer, you will develop, lead and execute the marketing strategy with a focus on brand awareness, GTM, product growth, user acquisition and community building.

What you’ll be doing:

Build and manage a high-performing marketing team capable of driving ambitious growth targets
Develop and execute a marketing strategy to establish the company as a leader in the blockchain and AI industry
Lead brand positioning and messaging to communicate the company’s unique value propositions to various target audiences
Oversee the creation of engaging marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, content, events, and influencer marketing
Develop partnerships and collaborations within the blockchain ecosystem to enhance the company’s reach and influence
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth
Establish KPIs and metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing regular reports to the executive team
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and product development
Drive community engagement through innovative strategies to grow the user base and promote advocacy within the blockchain space

What you’ll need to be successful:

Proven track record of scaling companies from early-stage to success through effective marketing strategies as a CMO or similar role at a blockchain company

5+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles with some time in the blockchain industry
Deep understanding of Layer 1 and Layer 2 blockchain protocols, with the ability to translate technical concepts into compelling marketing messages
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse marketing team
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proactive and results-driven mindset
Established network within the blockchain community, with a track record of successful partnerships and collaborations
Active and established X/twitter presence
