What are we looking for: An exceptional and highly motivated Chief of Staff to join our Team with 4+ years of relevant work experience, preferably with a consulting, technology or investment banking background. You will report directly to the CEO, providing strategic and operational support as the company continues to scale and drive key strategic initiatives, streamline operations, and ensure seamless execution across the organization. You will play a crucial role in enabling the leadership team to focus on the company’s long-term vision and growth objectives, while ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Advisory: Work closely with the C-level to develop and execute business strategies that align with company goals and drive growth.
- Strategy Process: Manage the annual strategy and budgeting processes, as well as the quarterly OKR processes.
- Project Management: Oversee high-impact cross-functional projects, ensuring timely and successful execution of strategic initiatives.
- Data-Driven Insights: Conduct in-depth analysis to provide actionable insights and recommendations for the leadership team, utilizing a data-driven approach.
- Communication & Alignment: Facilitate communication between departments and ensure alignment on key initiatives. Act as a liaison between the CEO and the broader leadership team, as well as the company’s board of directors.
- Operational Efficiency: Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies within the company and propose solutions to improve productivity, processes, and performance.
- Meeting Preparation & Follow-Up: Prepare materials for internal and external meetings (including board meetings), ensure clear agendas, and follow up on action items to ensure accountability and progress.
- Decision Support: Provide analysis and recommendations to the CEO and other executives on critical business decisions.
- Special Projects: Lead and/or support ad hoc strategic projects that require executive oversight.

What you need:
- 4+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or a similar strategic/analytical role.
- Dedicated work ethic, proactive attitude and commitment to a goal-oriented environment
- Desire to work in a dynamic, fast paced and entrepreneurial organization
- Passionate about driving initiatives, excellent project management skills and an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and story-telling skills, both written and verbal, excellent presentation skills
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills, high attention to detail and passion for numbers, and an ability to synthesize complex information and make data-driven recommendations.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, and an interest to learn new tools
- Natural at establishing relationships with different stakeholders and working with cross-functional and internationally distributed teams
- High level of emotional intelligence, with a strong understanding of organizational dynamics and leadership challenges
- Fluency in English
