Job Title: Citation C525S Captain/Co-Captain

Location: Kissimmee, FL (KISM)

Job Summary: The Part 91 Citation C525S Pilot will be responsible for safely operating our 2023 Citation CJ4 Gen 2 (C525S) aircraft on flights and ensuring the comfort and safety of our passengers. This role requires a pilot with a strong commitment to safety and outstanding flying skills. Most flights will be with another PIC qualified pilot, but some single-pilot flying will take place. Approximately 250 hours per year with an average of 1-2 nights per week away from base. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Flight Operations:

• Safely operate the Citation CJ4 aircraft on flights, adhering to all FAA regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
• Conduct pre-flight inspections, flight planning, and post-flight checks to ensure aircraft readiness and safety.

1. Passenger Service:

• Provide a high level of customer service to passengers, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction during the flight.
• Communicate effectively with passengers, catering to their needs and addressing any concerns.

1. Safety and Compliance:

• Maintain a strong commitment to safety, including thorough adherence to safety protocols, procedures, and emergency response plans.
• Stay up-to-date with all relevant aviation regulations, certifications, and recurrent training requirements.

1. Aircraft Management:

• Coordinate with maintenance personnel to ensure the aircraft is in proper working condition.
• Complete Database Updates
• Coordinate with the cleaning vendor to ensure aircraft remains clean and presentable.

1. Flight Planning and Navigation:

• Plan flight routes, taking into account weather conditions, air traffic, and other factors to optimize safety and efficiency.
• Utilize navigation equipment and technology for precise flight control.

1. Communication:

• Maintain clear and effective communication with air traffic control and ground personnel throughout each flight.
• Collaborate with the flight crew and ground support teams to ensure seamless flight operations.

1. Documentation:

• Complete all required flight logs, records, and reports accurately and promptly.
• Ensure all necessary paperwork and documentation are in compliance with regulatory and company standards.

Qualifications:

• Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate with a Citation C525S type rating.
• Minimum of 2,000 hours of total flight time, including 1,000 hours of multi engine time with 500 hours on Citation 525 (C525S) aircraft.
• Current First-Class Medical Certificate.
• Excellent knowledge of FAA regulations and aviation safety standards.

• Flexibility in work hours and travel availability.
• 12 Month Sim Current on CJ4.
