We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Client Manager to join our team on a 100% commission basis.
Role Overview:
As a Client Manager at TEEMA Solutions Group, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients seeking staffing solutions. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, sourcing qualified candidates, and ensuring successful placements. This role offers uncapped earning potential, allowing you to directly influence your income based on your performance.
Key Responsibilities:
– Prospect, identify, and engage potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, social media, and referrals.
– Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and challenges.
– Collaborate with the recruitment team to source, screen, and present qualified candidates to clients, matching skills and culture fit.
– Conduct thorough candidate interviews and skill assessments to ensure a high level of quality in potential placements.
– Manage the end-to-end staffing process, including negotiating terms, coordinating interviews, and facilitating offer negotiations.
– Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining regular communication throughout the placement process.
– Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to effectively position TEEMA Solutions Group’s services.
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, job orders, and candidate submissions using our CRM system.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within the staffing or recruitment industry.
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Strong ability to identify and address client needs, building rapport and trust.
– Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
– Self-motivated, driven, and comfortable working in a 100% commission-based role.
– Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
– High degree of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
– Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred, but not mandatory.
Compensation:
This is a 100% commission-based position, offering uncapped earning potential. The more clients you successfully engage and place candidates with, the more you earn. TEEMA Solutions Group will provide the necessary tools, resources, and training to support your success in this role.
