The Client Service Executive is a critical role that will support existing cloud-based big data analytic solutions for MedeAnalytics health care payer and provider clients. This individual will act as a liaison between external clients and internal departments to ensure a successful customer journey related to day-to-day operations. This individual will collaborate with fellow analysts, project managers, product owners and engineering / testing team members as needed to support analytic solutions for our clients. To be successful in this role this candidate will need to be experienced in a client facing role with a consultative and analytical background. Health plan and SaaS experience is strongly desired, as well as strong problem solving skills.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries in a professional manner.
- Conduct client-facing meetings to understand, gather and document detailed client business requirements for health plan business intelligence (BI) / analytic applications
- Manage the queue of issues and day-to-day operational goals across multiple clients to identify efficiency improvements, confirm workflows are followed, and to ensure timely responsiveness to clients.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the standard client use cases for MedeAnalytics products and apply that knowledge to client-specific requirements, providing consultative support to guide the client through requests and business process needs to achieve their business objectives.
- Conduct thorough investigations of issues. Create high quality tickets with thorough and in-depth acceptance criteria.
- Plan and facilitate requirement review meetings with various levels of internal and external stakeholders as needed. Collaborate with engineering and testing team to coordinate the completion of ticket requests and execution of deliverables to achieve high client satisfaction KPIs. Understand and leverage escalation paths as needed.
- Document and disseminate both internal documentation as well as client-facing and business-appropriate reference materials that reflect the detailed configuration of client-specific MedeAnalytics solutions.
Essential Skills, Experience and Education
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required
- A customer first mindset and passion for customer success.
- Experience with JIRA or other ticket based tracking systems
- Minimum 2 years client-facing consulting experience, including requirements gathering.
- Broad understanding of the healthcare industry and knowledge of health care terminology e.g. ACGs, diagnosis, procedure codes, accounts, transations, etc.
- Preferred Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- Experience working with health care data and/or healthcare software, preferably in a health plan, provider or health plan setting, with a consulting firm, or a software vendor
- Skilled in Microsoft Suite of applications (Excel, Word, powerpoint, Sharepoint, Teams, etc)

Compensation Information
- Base Salary Range: USD $70,000 -$80,000
**Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to the candidate, including skill set, relevant experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.
