DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a self-motivated individual with a strong technical background and a passion for continual improvement and learning. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our client relationships while acting as the bridge between Sales and Operations. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for applying your skills to both internal initiatives and external initiatives.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

  • Lives in our internal CRM for logging all client interactions, tasks, time entries, and developments
  • Create and manage development requests for internal and client systems
  • Acts as the project manager for client implementations and ongoing developments
  • Manage Client Meetings – Agendas, Preparing, and Meeting Notes/Debrief
  • Requirement gathering and analysis of client needs
  • Apply critical thinking to understand systems and projects

ROLE SPECIFICS

 

  • Own overall relationship with assigned clients
  • Ensure retention and satisfaction of all assigned clients
  • Aid clients in achieving their goals
  • Manages the client relationship and acts as the bridge between Sales and Operations
  • Responsible for managing client budgets and prioritization of developments
  • Continuously learn and deepen understanding of Dynamics 365 and PowerApps
  • Responsible for client feedback and setting expectations
  • Analysis of Clients system and requests to ensure we are driving the most value we can

 

EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND

  • 3+ years experience with as a Client Success position
  • Strong understanding and experience with CRM
  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce or a related field

MUST HAVES

  • Very strong organizational and communication skills
  • Strong practical problem-solving and project management skills
  • Self-motivated, passionate, empathetic, and approachable
  • Ability and passion to adapt and learn quickly
  • Strong understanding of technology
  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity
