Clinical Program Manager (Remote)

Oversees Hotline clinical operations and ensures consistency in crisis intervention practices of counselors, as well consistency in the hotline supervisory team of implementing clinical practices; oversees onboarding and ongoing training curriculum; secures and managers a team of interns; conducts quality review activities and measures compliance; and creates relevant and up to date clinical training materials and conducts internal and external presentations.
This position has 2-4 direct reports.
Essential Functions
Program Management (90%)
Implements program strategies to successfully achieve goals and objectives for the program, at the direction of the Director:
- Designs, develops, delivers, evaluates and continuously improves clinical training curriculum and team members who deliver the content
- Completes quality review checks and reports results toward established goalsOversees internship curriculum for Master’s program students and meets on a regular basis to provide clinical supervision as indicated by the educational institution
- Works with supervisory team to ensure trauma-informed practices are adhered to on the supervisory and counselor teams
- Conducts small group wellness and learning activities to increase staff resilience and reduce burnout
- Ensures that program activities operate within the policies and procedures of Childhelp and continually updates policies at the direction of the Director
- Ensures program activities comply with all relevant legislation, professional standards, and contractual requirements
- Oversees the collection and maintenance of records regarding help seekers of the program, according to the confidentiality and privacy policies of Childhelp
- Reports information to appropriate authorities, when legally bound to do so
- Informs the supervisory team on setting crisis intervention standards and practice
- Collaborates with contracted qualitative researcher to ensure clinical best practices
- Oversee and manage Youth Advisory Committee, including recruitment, onboarding, and all meetings/activities Document and report on progress and feedback from YAC members
Miscellaneous (10%)
- Participates in assigned work teams, as requested and appropriate
- Attends all staff and leadership staff meetings
- Coordinates special projects
- Participates in on-call coverage as needed
Requirements
Education/Experience/Knowledge/Understanding
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or other related field
- Minimum of three years’ progressive work experience in clinical supervision
- Understanding the laws and regulations surrounding physical, sexual, and emotional abuse, child abuse, neglect, and legal reporting requirements
- Understanding counseling ethical guidelines and boundaries
- Knowledge of laws and regulations surrounding physical, sexual, and emotional abuse, child abuse, neglect, and legal reporting requirements
