As part of the Commercial Digital Integrated Planning Team, this role provides coordination and oversight for the roll-out of solutions by ensuring that all facets of pre-deployment and business readiness activities have been completed and are ready for implementation and consumption. Business readiness activities primarily focus on the impact and activities development for colleagues and customers to adopt system and process changes. Successful candidates will need a solid business acumen and confidence to effectively coordinate and lead business partners through the delivery of the people changes.

Essential Functions

• Maintains an inventory of initiatives that are currently being executed, along with providing a cursory understanding of scope, schedule, and stakeholders impacted
• Leads assigned initiative business readiness activities and coordinates engagement with the appropriate segment and enterprise partners to ensure that preparations are made for colleagues and customers to receive new capabilities
• Works with individual agile or project teams to ensure that business readiness activity plan are developed and being executed
• Ensures all legal, risk, and compliance activities have been completed and are approved prior to implementation
• Keeps leaders informed of potential deployment risks and ensures that impediments have been sufficiently addressed
• Develop plan around training, adoption, org structure change, etc. that needs addressed with teams at all levels (executive down to the front line). Includes the creation of materials for approvals needed to complete change management plan

Required Experience

• BA/BS degree or equivalent
• 5 or more years experience working in project or release management capacity (preferably business side)
• Organizational agility, and business acumen, with effective skills at building partnerships, and managing without authority
• Comfort interacting with senior leadership and presenting results to all levels of stakeholders
• Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail

Preferred Experiences

• Direct experience working in a release management capacity; preferably in Banking or Financial Services
• PMP or other related certifications
• Use of Azure Dev Ops, LeanKit, ServiceNow, SharePoint, MS Office Suite of applications
