Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily leasing operations and conduct regular inspections of the community to ensure vacant units are well-maintained.
- Manage community requirements and long-term capital improvement planning.
- Ensure proper financial procedures are followed, including accurate daily deposits and bookkeeping.
- Compile comprehensive weekly/monthly status reports and address resident concerns promptly.
- Prepare necessary paperwork for new residents and maintain a professional office environment.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to manage community upkeep and implement preventive maintenance programs.
- Track rental collections and handle any legal notices or deadlines associated with evictions.
- Supervise and mentor community personnel, ensuring effective training programs and performance evaluations.
- Facilitate marketing activities to enhance community visibility and occupancy rates.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support overall community operations.
Required Skills
- Strong customer service and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Numerical skills for basic arithmetic and financial management.
- Excellent organizational and planning capabilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- A minimum of two years’ experience as a multi-family community manager or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of property management software is essential.
- Reliable transportation, auto insurance, and a valid driver’s license are mandatory.
- Preferred qualifications include an Associate’s Degree in a related field, CAM, ARM, or CCRM certification, and proficiency in additional languages.
