Inthis role, you will implement an Internal Control Program (ICP) for ExportControl to support the company’s business and compliance requirements.You will be part of the EMEA Logistics team. Independent and comprehensive consulting of all business units in theentire spectrum of export control including classificationTool-based Export control compliance screening and Risk assessmentAssessment of product classification, business partners, embargoregulations, dual used goods, EU anti-terrorism and relevant globalsanction listsJustification of the resulting hits and recommendation of final usageand approachClassifications of AL, ECCN and new material groups and correspondingsettings in ERP systemJob requirements Degree in business administration, law or a comparablequalificationAt least 4 years’ experience in the field of export control of aninternational active company as export control specialist or comparablequalificationProven extensive knowledge in export control regulation andcompliance-related risks in sales as well as for criminal law contextsExperience in dealing with international cultural differences andpeculiaritiesStrong analytical and conceptual skillsGood and fast comprehension of existing SAP system and new ERP systemORACLE-EBS as well as relevant export control applicationsBusiness fluency in English (spoken and written). German fluency is anice to haveBe representable: good communication/interpersonal skills, serviceorientedProblem solving: can-do attitude, result orientedTeam player: collaborate openly and share internal and externalinformation publicly within the organisation.
