Job Details

We are looking for a Construction Quality Control Manager to help one of our clients in Camp Lejeune in Jacksonville, NC.

For this role, you MUST be local or able to relocate to Camp Lejeune in Jacksonville, NC, a U.S citizen, and hold an Active Top Secret Clearance (If you only have a Secret Clearance or no clearance, we may be able to provide an interim for the time being).

Responsibilities

• Own all aspects of developing, leading, training, implementing and executing Quality Control/Quality Assurance (QC/QA)
• Make sure Quality System Plan is completed, updated, and approved by the government as needed.
• Learn environmental health/safety standards and make sure they are in compliance.
• Keep record of all prior inspections/tests to ensure that the quality meets contract requirements
• Evaluate and monitor quality control systems and recommend any performance improvements and quality processes are applied to work OCONUS and CONUS.
• Work side by side with the project manager to supervise, coordinate, and/or manage, any on-site subcontractors.

Experience

• Bachelor’s degree
• OCONUS/CONUS experience preferred
• Background in working on Government/Federal construction projects.
• Must be able to relocate El Salvador
• Preferred to have an ACTIVE TOP SECRET CLEARANCE (If you only have a Secret Clearance or no clearance, we may be able to provide an interim for the time being).
