Job Description
truLOCAL is looking for a Consumer Experience Specialist (CES) to join our team and help oversee every aspect of the customer experience. The CES will be responsible for managing assigned customer accounts, increasing customer retention as well as ensuring all current and potential customers have an exceptional experience interacting with our brand via email and phone. We are looking for an individual who is very strong in communication skills, lives and breathes the truLOCAL brand, and is ready to seize every opportunity to “wow” those that interact with our brand.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The roles and responsibilities of the Consumer Experience Specialist include, but are not limited to:
Consumer Experience
- Manage all aspects of assigned customer accounts
- Support day to day administrative functions of the Customer Relationship Management solution
- Handle customer concerns and questions in an effective and efficient manner via email, phone call
- Go above and beyond to create relationships with every interaction
- Help to promote a clean, organized, safe, and comfortable working environment for all employees.
Communication & Problem Solving
- Communicate and coordinate consumer concerns across all internal Departments (Including Consumer Experience, Marketing & Sales, Web Development and Fulfillment)
- Assist all internal Departments with any questions or concerns regarding the overall consumer experience
- Quickly assess customer concerns and situations on the fly, and act accordingly
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Professional-level English language skills are required in both written and oral communication
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working directly with customers
- Understanding of Customer Relationship Management software (Salesforce) an asset
- Proficiency in MS software, including Outlook, Word & Excel
- Must be available to work evenings if needed
*3-Month Contract
*Required Shift: 8:30-4:30PM EST , Monday – Friday
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: $20.00 per hour
