Customer Service Advisor

Residential Management Group is growing and its Customer Service Centre has exciting opportunities for permanent Customer Service Advisor, based in Northwich.
The next start date is Monday 7th August 2023.
You must be able to work a rota’d shift between 8am and 8pm and be fluent in both written and spoken English.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will join a friendly team of established and supportive Customer Services colleagues and become the voice of RM. You’ll be confident building rapport with our customers, answering a variety queries relating to their properties and accounts
What will I be doing day to day?
- Receive, understand and assess inbound customer contacts (phone, email or online chat) and provide advice, guidance and services/solutions to meet customer needs.
- Ensure all transactions with customers are accurately recorded on their computer-based records.
- Process all documentation resulting from customer contacts ensuring information is passed to colleagues to action.
What hours will I be working?
Our Customer Service Centre is a 24/7 operation to ensure we’re always available to respond to customer’s queries. You’ll be working a shift rotation working between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Friday, working 1 weekend in 4, with 2 days off in lieu. You must be able to work between 8am and 8pm.
What are we looking for from you?
Over and above anything else we’re looking for self-motivated people with a positive attitude. Previous customer service experience is advantageous but if you have the right skills and attitude, we think you’ll go far and will provide all the training you need to develop your career in customer service.
It’s a given you will be a great communicator, be able to demonstrate empathy and be happy to go out of your way to help both customers and colleagues.
Ideally, we’re looking for…

- Working knowledge of Outlook, Excel and Word
- Able to carry out instructions quickly and accurately
- Good organisational skills with the ability to work to deadlines
