Content Publishing PjM

In this pivotal role you ll be part of a team responsible for the release of our technical training, web publishing and certification exams and technical learning content. You will work closely with product management, content authoring, engineering and exam development teams to ensure our content is released on-time meeting Microsoft s quality and compliance standards. The role supports our client s needs as per the SOW, operational performance, represents Allyis in the client-supplier relationship and ensures the successful execution of projects.

Responsibilities

• Support the exam, certification, cert renewal, and program information (FAQs & Help pages) on the Learn site
• Support launching new pages, maintaining and updating existing information and documentation, and ensuring publication occurs accurately and on time (deadlines set by MS)
• Ensures content experiences adhere to guidelines/standards/ values (e.g., accessibility, inclusive content, Microsoft brand guidelines, compliance, search engine optimization).
• Leverage tools, processes, and methods to ensure content is relevant, accurate, and timely for audiences across markets.
• Provide Certification Program updates (announcing new beta exams, live exams, localizations, practice tests, and promotions) for distribution in the three WWL newsletters
• Drive data insights and key performance metrics that support Quarterly Business Reviews
• Support process documentation, improvements, and operational efficiency within the team
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices and incorporate relevant knowledge into team strategies

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a complex and dynamic environment
• 3+ years of experience with Azure DevOps, Git Repo, and GitHub
• Microsoft experience highly preferred
• Stakeholder management experience
• 3+ years experience in Content publishing
• 1+ years of experience in typical content authoring languages such as Markdown, HTML, JSON/XML, YAML, and others
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
• Can deal with ambiguity and thrive in a highly dynamic fast-paced environment
