Continuous Improvement Manager – WFH Remote Role

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic Continuous Improvement Manager to help us enhance our operational efficiencies and deliver unparalleled service to our clients and candidates.
The Continuous Improvement Manager is responsible for driving LEAN processes to ensure we have efficient business processes, enabling the delivery of excellent service to our clients, talents and stakeholders. They are also responsible in driving cost savings and efficiencies directly to a portfolio of clients, through efficient pool management, process improvements and process rigour.
Managing a team of Continuous Improvement Analysts to achieve their KPIs and objectives
.
The Continuous Improvement Manager will work closely with the Business Transformation Manager and Change Adoption Manager to ensure that continuous improvement, transformation and change adoption initiatives are aligned and the teams work in collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working with senior management to ensure the Client portfolio has CI plans, strategy and representation in key customer meetings
- Managing own client portfolio including implementation of cost savings and pool management.
- Working with the Sales, Bids and Implementation teams to conduct business scans and onsite analysis for prospect clients.
- Documenting the client processes, key customer needs and critical success factors of the solution and implementation
- Working with senior internal stakeholders to proactively identify internal process efficiencies, remove waste and deliver excellent customer satisfaction.
- Manage and execute their own internal continuous improvement projects whilst managing team members to execute their own initiatives.
- Driving a LEAN culture and continuous improvement throughout RUK
- Measure and monitor success & efficiency gains delivered by the team. Working with Senior stakeholders to ensure the ROI is realised.
- Ensuring the team understands the business strategy and their role in the delivery and execution.
- Managing and coaching team members to develop professionally
- Managing performance and behaviour of the team
- Work closely with Business Transformation and Change Adoption Teams to ensure teams are working collaboratively.
- Escalation point for continuous improvement team – internally and externally.
- Ensuring that process changes are aligned to the company strategy and future operating model.
Who we are looking for?
- LEAN SiX Sigma Green Belt as a minimum
- Previous experience of delivering savings to customers.
- A background of managing people and working with senior stakeholders
- Experience of successfully contributing and collaborating with teams on projects or initiatives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be able to communicate effectively at all levels within an organisation
- Comfortable creating and delivering presentations to senior stakeholders and Clients
- Work with a lot of autonomy
- Prioritise multiple tasks effectively
- Ability to work in cross functional teams.
- Proactive, problem solver
- Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to form well thought out conclusions and recommendations.
