Job Description

  • Purpose of the Team The team supports hiring in the Americas, hosting large hiring events with multiple interviews per day.
  • Key projects This position will work with managers on all-day hiring events, schedule interviews, work with talent acquisition team, teams of hiring managers/interviewers, keep logs, and support data work for various teams. If managers have conflicts they will help coordinate replacements or reschedule interviews as necessary, support onboarding as necessary
  • Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm A typical day in the role will vary but will not have many meetings, the majority of the role will be administrative support.

Candidate Requirements

  • Years of Experience Required 8-10+
  • Degrees or certifications required 4 year degree preferable but experience can substitute for a degree.

Summary:

The main function of the Hiring Coordinator is to provide high-level administrative and operational support by supporting day to day operations of Hiring efforts for recruiting. The ideal person will be able to handle multiple duties simultaneously.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for the day-to-day operations of hiring efforts, inclusive of: confirming interviewers, maintain a log of changes to report on as necessary, partner and communicate closely with various key stakeholders.
  • Maintain communication channels, track, and maintain various distribution lists. Ensure necessary communications are sent as required.
  • Partners closely with recruitment to execute and complete existing program objectives in alignment with the organization s growth strategy.
  • Partners with the Chief of Staff offices to follow up on any program related requirements such as changes to Hiring Squads.
  • Partners with sales operations team to align on hiring demand details in the Hiring Tracker as needed.
  • Supports and participates in the integration of recruitment best practices into the district office
  • Partners with recruitment to develop reactive training programs and leads educational session for both employees and people leaders.
  • Researches, analyzes data and presents reports on trends, new project suggestions, and current program goals and progress.
  • Engagement with the Area onboarding function to help give visibility of pipeline and future starts and needs to ensure readiness to welcome new employees on day 1 and start their ramp into role
  • Collaborate with Global Talent recruitment team for future and current hiring needs for district office segments and to identify and give effective change management of future process, tool and resource enhancements to ensure a world class candidate and manager experience
  • Develops, reviews and revises program policies and procedures.
  • Provides advice and counsel on updating and interpreting programs.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

  • Experience with MS Office programs and project management tools
