As we continue to expand into the German market, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Country Lead to drive our growth in the EHR, hospital, private clinic, and allied healthcare sectors in the DACH region.
The Role
As Country Lead, you will play a key role in Autoscriber’s growth strategy in Germany. You will own and drive opportunities, leveraging your industry expertise and network to establish Autoscriber as a trusted partner. From nurturing leads to closing deals, you will help shape our go-to-market strategy and contribute directly to Autoscriber’s success in Germany.
Your Responsibilities
- Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities in the EHR, hospital, private clinic, and allied healthcare sectors.
- Sales Execution: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve growth objectives.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, EHR vendors, and other key stakeholders.
- Networking: Leverage your existing network to identify and engage decision-makers across your verticals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and impactful go-to-market execution.
- Market Insights: Stay up-to-date on market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity, providing insights to refine our strategy for Germany.
- Reporting: Track sales progress, forecasts, and key metrics using internal tools and report directly to the CCO.
What You Bring
- Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally in healthcare, health-tech, or SaaS for the healthcare sector.
- Grit: Joining a startup means you get your hands dirty and execute on (y)our goals.
- Network: A strong network within EHR vendors, hospitals, private clinics, and allied healthcare providers in Germany.
- Market Understanding: Deep knowledge of the German healthcare system, its stakeholders, and its regulatory landscape.
- Proven Results: A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and establishing long-term client partnerships.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Communication Skills: Fluent in German and English (spoken and written), with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
