Your Role:

You’ll be a specialist senior role within the IT Development team, responsible for the support and development of the CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE) System and associated interfaces.

You’ll be joining a team that works on software releases, usually on a regular monthly basis. We develop using agile methodology and Azure DevOps for Development, Testing and Automated Releases.

The direct team is currently made up of 7 Developers, as well as a Business Analyst, Product Owner and 2 Testers, and we are supported by other areas of the business within the work we do.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Development and Support of the Wesleyan CRM application.
  • Work with customers to gather and understand business and system requirements for CRM changes
  • Assist in the design and integration of business processes and data flows between CRM applications and other applications, such as back office/​ERP applications
  • Design and implement application solutions that are compliant with MS Dynamics customisation directives, which may involve using ASP.NET, C#, AngularJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, SQL, REACT and other applicable programming languages
  • Configure entities, forms, and reports in CRM based on user requirements
  • Perform periodic upgrades, performance tuning, and hardware upgrades
  • Create and maintain IT documentation to support the CRM solution

Day-to-day activities of the position will see you:

  • Developing custom software for the CRM application using Azure DevOps
  • Incident management using Ivanti ITSM management tool and Azure DevOps
  • Attending of Daily Stand-up, sprint planning and fortnightly sprint reviews and sprint retrospectives.
  • Knowledge Transfer of developments to other development team members.
  • Liaising with BA’s / Product owners clarifying requirements, and other internal departments
  • Production of support documentation.

We’re looking for:

  • A highly skilled Software Developer, with experienced in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
  • Advanced level of the following Programming languages – C#, ASP.NET, HTML, JavaScript, TypeScript, AngularJS, REACT and ideally CSS 3
  • Experience with source control (GIT) management systems and continuous integration/deployment environments
  • Gained experience with developing, deploying, customising, and integrating MS Dynamics 365 CE
  • Hands-on experience with SDLC methodologies and best practices, including Agile methodologies, deployment automation, code reviews, and test-driven development
  • Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts, software architects, and IT professionals to maintain MS Dynamics CRM applications
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-Starter with ability to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities
  • Ability to investigate problems to establish real or hidden causes
