Your immediate focus will be on leading the development of theMVP and seamlessly onboarding our pilot customers.TasksTechnical LeadershipProvide visionary leadership to build the MVP and ensure successfulonboarding of pilot customers. Lead the development and execution of the technology strategy alignedwith business objectives. Oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle, ensuring the MVPmeets and exceeds customer expectations.Product DevelopmentSpearhead the development of the MVP in collaboration with theengineering team. Ensure the timely delivery of a high-quality, scalable softwaresolution that addresses the unique needs of marketing use cases.Quality Assurance and Scalability:Implement robust testing processes to ensure the reliability andaccuracy of predictive analytics. Design and implement scalable architecture to accommodate the growingdemands of Wavess and support our futuristic vision.Team Building and ManagementRecruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing engineering team, fosteringa culture of innovation and collaboration. Cultivate an environment that embraces the short-term goal ofonboarding pilot customers while keeping the long-term vision in mind.RequirementsQualificationsProven experience as a technology leader, ideally in a startupenvironment. Strong background in AI and machine learning, with hands-on experiencein developing predictive analytics solutions. Track record of successfully leading the development of softwareproducts from concept to launch. Expertise in building and managing high-performing engineering teams.Familiarity with marketing technology and analytics is a plus.
