CommerceHub is hiring an exceptional marketer to lead customer and partner marketing. This person will define, develop, and execute all customer and partner marketing initiatives.

This role requires both strategic and tactical execution, focused program management, and cross-functional skills. A successful candidate will be the mastermind of positioning and messaging and deliver insightful marketing campaigns including retrospectives with consistent customer, partner, market, and competitor feedback loops.

Responsibilities Include

  • Developing and executing a holistic customer and partner marketing strategy, aligned to target audiences, positioning, and business objectives.
  • Defining and executing end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns for customers and partners.
  • Working with marketing, product marketing, and cross-functional peers to leverage existing assets and identify content gaps to build programs to support customer storytelling and partner discovery.
  • Managing relationships with potential external agencies and freelancers.
  • Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance and build insights back into programs to continually optimize for results.
  • Recommending and implementing innovative new approaches to make our customer and partner campaigns stand out and have even greater impact.


  • 8+ years of experience of customer and partner marketing
  • Exceptional writing skills
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to balance speed and quality under tight deadlines
  • Ability to translate complex business cases into compelling content
  • Comfortable engaging and communicating with executive level stakeholders
