    About the Role

    Brookvale office.

    As a Customer Experience Partner within the Brand Delivery team, and under the wing of an experienced Operations Leader, you will be an important pillar in project managing support requests from customers of our Realhub platform – helping Real Estate agencies navigate everything from design changes and rebrands of their marketing content, to pricelist updates that require project managing to completion.

    Sitting within an experienced and close-knit CX team based out of our Brookvale office and with 50/50 work from home, this is a unique opportunity to plug into a highly collaborative team culture, with opportunities for career progression across the wider Domain ecosystem into areas such as onboarding and account management.

    In a typical day you can expect to:

    • Work closely with other CX Partners to ensure prompt and effective support to our tier 1 and hypercare customer base of Real Estate agency clients.

    • Accurately scoping requests and inquiries and referencing customer brand guidelines and playbooks.

    • Collaborate with Service Activations, Template Operations and Creative teams to ensure artwork related tasks are actioned within agreed timeframes.

    • Identify and raise opportunities for process improvements and enhanced customer experience to the Operations Leader, based on customer feedback.

    • Attend client meetings to assist with project scope requests and any escalated concerns.

    • Triaging any urgent and straightforward requests and relaying to offshore support team – e.g offline artwork changes, order updates and simple template changes.

    • Ensuring that system-related requests (e.g. image uploads) are done in a timely manner.

    Our Ideal Person:

    ESSENTIAL:

    • Proven experience within customer service / customer success within a corporate environment.

    • Commitment to stay at least 2 years in the role.

    • A collaborative team spirit

    • Great analytical and problem solving skills.

    • Adaptable to changing environments

    BONUS POINTS:

    • Call centre background (for transferable skills)

    • Experience within Marketing or Creative field (highly preferred)

    • Proximity to Brookevale office (highly preferred)

    • Experience with Adobe software

    • Real Estate industry experience
