They import over 400 products and processes into 2500+ items and deal with 40+ suppliers around the world.     About The Opportunity

    As a Customer Happiness Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships with clients. You will ideally live in Sydney or the Central Coast and have and have a full work-from-home set-up.

    Some of your responsibilities will include:

    • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
    • Process and manage sales orders and quotes
    • Process payments and invoices
    • Manage customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
    • Conduct outbound sales efforts as directed and focus on upselling and cross-selling

    About You

    The successful candidate will have:

    • 2+ years of customer service experience dealing with clients via phone/email
    • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
    • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
    • Experience with office management software (Microsoft Office, Word and Excel)
    • Experience in manufacturing or related field (desirable)

    You will also have:

    • A positive and customer-centric attitude
    • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
    • An eagerness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
