What and Who?

As Operations Manager you are responsible for coaching and supervising a group of Team Leaders, you will analyze and maintain Client SLA, and manage and review operations reports, you have Call center experience as OM and the ability to coach analyze, and improve work processes.

You have a Bachelor’s degree, strong attention to detail, and coaching experience.
