  • Handle incoming calls on behalf of customer pertaining to bills and payment.
  • Walk customers through payment questions.
  • Handle questions pertaining to bill discrepancies.
  • Answer questions on next steps for payment options.
  • Direct to the correct department.
  • Qualifications:*
  • Must have 2 years of recent call center experience.
  • Must own laptop/PC (*no Chromebooks*).
  • Reliable internet connection.
  • Quiet workspace.
  • Experience Level:* Entry Level
