To prepare for thisrole, Maximus provides paid, comprehensive training that equips our CSRswith the highest levels of knowledge and professionalism.This is a Full-time permanent position where workers have the opportunityto work onsite or remote from the comfort of your home.What We Can Offer You:An awesome work schedule:Our call center is open from 8AM – 5:00PM CST, Monday –Friday8 hour shifts are scheduled within the hours of operationMedical, Dental, Vision benefitsPaid Time OffEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Employee Wellness and Discount ProgramsA supportive environment with career development and promotionalopportunitiesQuarterly bonus opportunitiesEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Answer incoming calls from consumers including the general public,prospective enrollees and people assisting enrollees or acting on theirbehalf in accordance with all performance standards, policy and procedures,and protocols including but not limited to the confidentiality and privacypolicies.Track and document all inquiries using the applicable systems.Complete associated tasks according to the established guidelines.Meet Quality Assurance (QA) and other key performance metrics.Facilitate the fulfillment of caller requests for materials via mail,email, or download.Transfer/refer consumers to appropriate entities according to theestablished guidelines.Escalate calls or issues to the appropriate designated staff forresolution as needed.Facilitate translation services for non-English speaking callersaccording to procedures.Attend meetings and trainings as requested and maintain up-to-dateknowledge of all programs and systems.Minimum RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED required and 0-6 months of relevantprofessional experience required, or equivalent combination of educationand experience.Additional Minimum Requirements:Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings, including a backgroundcheckMust have a HS Diploma or GED/equivalentMust live in Oklahoma area (No more than 1 hour away or no more than 40miles away from the site)Customer service experience preferredCall Center service experience preferredHome Office Requirements:Reliable, high-speed internet serviceMinimum 40 Mbps download speedsMust be a traditional, wired high-speed connection such as cable orfiberServices that connect via a cellular network (mobile hotspot, fixedwireless, etc.) or satellite are incompatibleMust be able to connect your computer directly to your modem or routervia ethernet cable, WiFi connections are not allowedQuiet and distraction-free workspaceEEO StatementActive military service members, their spouses, and veteran candidatesoften embody the core competencies Maximus deems essential, and bring aresiliency and dependability that greatly enhances our workforce.
