Description:* POSITION OVERVIEW The Multimedia Fulfillment Rep will beworking with dedicated Sales teams, with Campaign or Account Managers, andproduction team and act as communication liaison between our client and theend client. Sales teams will provide customer files, agent will collectinformation and content for the client website. They are held topublication deadlines. The MFR team works with clients post-sales frombeginning to end of website creation process, so a background in digitalmarketing/website creation is important. It is very important for the CSRto manage client expectations throughout the consultation process. Agentswill work with 25-35 project files simultaneously, spending 3-4 hours perday on the phone with clients, then getting back to 25 – 30 emailsdaily.
