Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Job Position is 100% remote (Head Office is in MTL)
  • Customer Service Representative for Canadian, USA & International dealers
  • Prepare quotations, sales orders and invoices
  • Send order confirmations to clients in a timely manner
  • Track & Trace customer’s back orders and respond quickly to their inquires
  • Provide RMA# and coordinate details with customers
  • Answer incoming phone calls promptly. Direct phone calls to appropriate staff member if unable to answers the customers question or issues
  • Field technical, product questions and expedite through the system
  • Answers questions about Raz and Custom commodes.
  • Assist & Work together with Warehouse Team located in MTL, assist with questions via teams chats

Required Education

Post secondary education preferred.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience in customer service role
  • Experience with all functions of Quick Books accounting software preferred

Technical Skills

  • Microsoft Office with exceptional Excel skills.
  • Ability to learn new software programs in a timely manner.

  • Exceptional Numeracy and literacy skills to ensure accuracy of quotes.
  • Ability to deal with foreign currencies and exchange rates
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills including professional telephone and email etiquette.
  • Handle each call with a high level of professionalism and respect while ensuring the needs of the customer and business are satisfied
  • Ability to handle complaints from customers with a positive attitude
  • Ability to prioritize workload to ensure work is completed in a timely manner
  • Confident, assertive, well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Well organized with the ability to prioritize, multitask and meet tight deadlines.
  • Possess and exercise sound judgement, discretion and preserve a high level of confidentiality.

  • Complete tasks and assignments as directed by the Manager

Job Type: Full-time.

Shift: Monday to Friday (8:30 am to 5:00 pm)
