What we’re looking for
Our client, an e-commerce brand specializing in a tool to reduce muscular pain, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle key administrative tasks, including customer service, ERP management, and e-commerce platform support. This role is essential for maintaining smooth operations, managing inventory, and providing top-notch customer service. The ideal candidate is autonomous, proactive, and values stability in a role with consistent tasks.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer service inquiries.Â
- Assist with Amazon FBA stock management and help resolve any stock issues.
- Handle basic tasks on Shopify, such as updating stock levels and product descriptions.
- Manage and update ERP system (Cin7) with purchase orders and sales orders.
- Take initiative to improve processes, such as automating repetitive tasks in Shopify Flow.

- Experience with customer service and using customer service software (preferably Enchant).
- Experience working with ERP systems (Cin7 or similar).
- Basic knowledge of Shopify, including updating stock levels and product descriptions.
- Autonomous, with the ability to think critically and take initiative in solving problems.
- Impeccable English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Amazon FBA stock management.
- International experience or understanding of global e-commerce processes.
