The role
Join a dynamic, customer-focused team dedicated to supporting and enhancing the sales operations of our international brand. We’re looking for a proactive Customer Service & Sales Support Specialist to support our sales teams, foster strong customer relationships, and help us achieve our sales and EBIT targets.
It’s a multi-faceted role providing comprehensive support to our Sales teams, ensuring the seamless integration of activities required to achieve annual sales goals. Responsibilities range from customer service to inventory coordination, order processing, and administrative support.
Full-time or part-time opportunity.
Customer Service:
- Manage customer queries on delivery, pricing, stock availability, and order updates with professionalism.
- Resolve quality issues promptly by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in the onboarding of new customers, ensuring a smooth start to their journey with us.
Sales Coordination and Administration:
- Process orders, returns, and credits accurately, managing all open orders to meet delivery timelines.
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to resolve inventory and order-related queries in a timely manner.
- Maintain up-to-date customer data and pricing records in SAP.
Sales Support
- Act as a central contact for the Sales team, providing timely updates on stock availability, new product ETAs, and website content.
- Optimize product visibility and enhance the customer experience by enriching online product information.
- Support the coordination of trade shows and road shows alongside the leadership team.
- Maintain and update ANZ price lists.
- Collaborate with domestic freight providers to ensure smooth logistics.
Other Duties include managing accounts payables and receivables (working closely with colleagues to set processes and parameters), arranging travel for the General Manager ANZ and participating in continuous improvement activities.
What do you need?
Proven experience in a fast-paced, commercial environment (preferred 3+ years) in a similar customer service/sales support role is essential. You’ll need to have a positive, customer-centric attitude with strong organization and time management skills. You’ll be proactive, resilient, detail oriented and commercially astute. Remaining calm under pressure and thriving in an environment where you’ll have a varied and interesting workload is essential.
From a technical perspective you’ll have intermediate to advanced SAP experience (preferably in Sales and Inventory modules) and be proficient in MS Suite and Google Workspace. As you’ll be working closely and collaborating with customers and sales and other function colleagues in ANZ, the UK and Hong Kong strong verbal and written communication skills are key.
