Key Responsibilities

- Engage proactively with school health and leadership teams through regular meetings, both virtually and in-person, to bolster engagement and support.
- Organize and participate in district-wide, school-specific, and community events to strengthen our collaborative efforts.

- Undertake additional responsibilities as required to support organizational success.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Healthcare, Education).
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success, preferably within the healthcare or educational technology sectors.
- Ability to meet fingerprinting requirements for DOJ-cleared access to work on school campuses.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
- Must reside in California.

Compensation And Benefits
The total on-target compensation for this role is competitive, ranging from (90,000 to )110,000, which includes both base salary and performance-based incentives for high achievers. Additional benefits encompass a 401(k) match, comprehensive healthcare coverage, paid time off, and a spectrum of other perks.
