What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Facilitate onboarding and training for new users to ensure effective platform adoption.
- Develop and implement tailored customer success strategies to meet client needs.
- Define clients’ digital skills gaps and training goals, collaborating with the Go-to-Market Consultancy Team.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders to drive measurable outcomes and ROI.
- Manage revenue retention and identify expansion opportunities in partnership with Account Executives.
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Proven track record in onboarding, user adoption, and managing revenue retention and renewals.
- Strong skills in consultative selling and creating business cases for executives.
- Familiarity with Cloud Platforms, Cyber Security, IT Service Management, and E-Commerce.
- Demonstrable analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Experience managing customer relationships in IT, Product, Engineering, or Learning & Development functions.
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience with top tech companies or SaaS providers in the EdTech space.
- Background in consulting firms, particularly within software development or DevOps.
- Familiarity with leveraging technology to scale customer engagement.
- Recent learning achievements, such as vendor certifications or relevant courses.
- Experience in managed services within media or marketing agencies.
