Position : Customer Success Specialist

Working Hours : 9:00AM-5:00PM PST | 12:00AM-8:00AM Manila Time

Salary Range : 800-1000 USD

About the job:

A Customer Success Specialist (CSS) works with customers to ensure they’re receiving the tools and support needed to achieve their goals. This includes onboarding new users after signing up and advising them on buying/selling decisions. CSSs have an in-depth understanding of the customer’s needs and are responsible for communicating common customer behaviors to the sales, marketing, and product teams.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Onboard new customers via telephone, video meeting, and/or email

  • Educate customers on how to use our product
  • Focus on features they need to learn, based on the goals the customer aims to achieve
  • Reach out to customers to complete and update account information

Build mutually-beneficial relationship with your customers

  • Create loyal, repeat customers instead of one-time users
  • Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Provide a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times

Be the voice of the customer

  • Locate items not posted on the marketplace by making outbound calls to other members
  • Engage daily with customers via outbound calls
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, requests, and comments using HubSpot CRM
  • Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction and efficiency of the customer success process

Advocate for the company

  • Explain to customers why we can meet their specific needs
  • Encourage customers to refer their friends
  • Know our products and services inside and out so that you can provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Contribute to team effort by meeting personal/team customer success targets and call handling quotas

Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

  • A HubSpot experience would be great
  • Should be a great customer service skills and patience
  • Has 1 year of experience with telesales or inside sales
  • Has an experience upselling with existing customers
  • Must be engaging and friendly
  • Background in healthcare is beneficial
