About the Role

This isn’t your typical support role—it’s an opportunity to be the voice of Livble, advocating for renters and ensuring every interaction is positive, reliable, and solution-oriented. You’ll connect directly with users to understand their needs, offer proactive solutions, and contribute to a seamless, supportive experience.

What You’ll Do

• Advocacy & Support: Build meaningful relationships with renters, guiding them through product features and financial challenges with empathy.

• Problem Solving: Identify user needs and provide effective, proactive solutions to optimize their experience.

• User Research & Insights: Collect feedback from interactions to enhance support processes and influence product improvements.

• Servicing & Collections: Address missed payments and other servicing concerns with professionalism and tact.

• Collaboration & Innovation: Partner with cross-functional teams to improve user support and streamline operations.

• Education: Help renters understand and maximize the value of Livble’s services.

What You Bring

• Experience: 3+ years in customer-facing roles, ideally within SaaS or FinTech.

Skills: Proficiency with Intercom (Zendesk); tools like Notion, Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom.

Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with regulatory frameworks in FinTech and rentals is a plus.

Communication: Native-level English proficiency with strong written and verbal skills.

Adaptability: Comfort in a fast-paced, startup environment and a commitment to continuous learning.

Empathy: A detail-oriented and user-focused approach to resolving challenges.

Availability: Ability to work full-time during US business hours, including some weekends.
