Job Overview

As a Service Delivery Manager (SDM), you will report directly to the Director of Application Support and serve as the principal point of contact for all operational services concerning Client Success clients. Your emphasis will be on ensuring exceptional client satisfaction, monitoring service-related metrics, managing project activities, and leading our dedicated delivery teams to uphold superior service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison for operational services for assigned clients.
  • Drive client satisfaction and supervise service-related metrics.
