Data Center Network And Delivery Technical Program Manager (Remote)

Responsibilities:

Seeking a very experience Data Center TPM in Delivery and Network Data Capacity builds. As we continue to grow, we need highly experienced and motivated Data Center Program Managers to drive change at scale across our data center delivery and partner organizations. The ideal candidate can manage fast paced change enabled by technology while leveraging their proven program and project management capabilities. Focus will be leading multiple projects in network delivery and capacity building.

This is a high impact role that will lead, oversee, and ensure the successful delivery and management of critical initiatives on our strategic roadmap. The role comes with a high degree of personal accountability and autonomy and will require effective engagement across Engineering and Operations. The successful candidate will be highly independent and demonstrate the ability to own the delivery of network and data center capacity across concurrent builds. Additional duties include:

· End-to-end leader in charge of the program, from shaping the approach to achieving the desired outcomes through delivery.

· Manage, start to finish, large scale projects

· Influence, activate, and orchestrate across teams to build alignment and drive results.

· Provide program and project management expertise to complex initiatives, understanding interdependencies between process, technology, and people needs.

· Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones, and ensure that project goals are in line with customer and business objectives.

· Seek opportunities to bring about ongoing improvement and simplification in processes leading to improved efficiency and effectiveness.

· Track and manage priorities and committed actions to drive progress and provide actionable insights.

· Ensure management is always kept up to date

· Travel up to 25% in support of datacenter builds

What You’ll Bring:

· 5+ years of technical infrastructure management experience (hiring at all levels)

· Extensive background in hyper scale data center builds (ground up) and re-builds

· Strong ability to work with customers and vendors

· Work under tight time lines

· Manage multiple, large scale projects at once

· Strong background in data center capacity

· Be able to work highly independently

· Strong reporting and attention to details

· Experience with varying scenarios of data center construction, infrastructure builds and network augmentations.

· Knowledge of best practices and emerging technologies, related to infrastructure (i.e., network, data center, hardware, mechanical and electrical systems)

· Program/project management certifications or qualifications with proven ability to deliver complex programs.
