Purpose

As a Delivery Operations Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in improving the performance of our project delivery and installation processes. With your leadership and strategic vision, you will drive development and change initiatives at local, regional, and global levels in an environment that values innovation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze operational KPIs to identify improvement opportunities and transform them into concrete actions.
Collaborate with local, regional, and global teams to define priorities and development roadmaps.
Train and support teams in adopting KONE Way processes and tools.
Promote change by ensuring the implementation and adoption of best practices.
Contribute to the development of IT solutions and innovative methodologies to optimize operations.

Your Profile

We are looking for a professional with:

Proven experience in Delivery Operations, Project Management, or Business Performance Management.
Strong skills in Change Management.
Excellent communication skills and a strong collaborative mindset.
Fluency in English (written and spoken) and in Italian.
Experience with ERP systems and reporting solutions (an advantage).
