As a Demand Generation Manager, your primary mission is to formulate and execute strategies that generate leads and revenue for the organization. You’ll collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless alignment and utilize data-driven insights to continually enhance our performance.
Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to:
- Campaign Development and Management: Devise and oversee multifaceted campaigns.
- Engaging Freight Brokers: Develop strategies to capture the attention of freight brokers.
- Agency Management: Oversee external agencies involved in lead generation activities.
- Compelling Content Creation: Collaborate with graphic designers and video teams to create captivating commercials.
- Targeted Email Campaigns: Craft and execute precise email campaigns.
- Social Media Strategy: Lead our social media strategy for maximum impact.
- Media Channel Selection: Choose the most effective media and advertising channels to promote content.
- Unified Messaging: Coordinate messaging across all channels, including media, social media, email, SEO, paid search, etc.
- Sales Collaboration: Communicate with the sales team to gather insights and inform them of upcoming campaigns.

Minimum requirements:
- Studies: High School Degree is required. Having a Bachelor’s degree is not required but is a plus, desirable studies in Marketing, International Business, Business Administration, Communication, Advertising, or any other career-related.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience enhancing lead quality, increasing the number of monthly MQL, managing digital platforms, increasing content engagement, and coordinating and overseeing various elements such as video production, email marketing, social media initiatives, landing pages, and industry-specific media channels.
- Language: Advanced English skills. B2+ or C1 is preferred.
Perks:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., following the United States calendar.
- Contract: Indefinite term contract + Benefits.
- Places: Only for Colombia. This position will be remote.
- Salary: To be decided based on experience.
