About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive success in achieving our monthly and annual targets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of real estate agents, streamlining sales operations, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Management

Oversee the performance of real estate agents and ensure alignment with company goals.

Conduct regular meetings to track progress, discuss challenges, and set actionable plans.

Motivate and support team members to enhance their performance and achieve targets.

2. Sales Target Achievement

Ensure the team meets or exceeds monthly and annual sales targets.

Enhance closing rates and improve operational efficiency.

3. Agent Support

Provide training to improve agents’ skills, including negotiation and client relationship management.

Address and resolve any challenges agents face during deal negotiations.

4. Performance Monitoring

Prepare regular performance reports and share insights with the project director.

Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for growth.

5. Operational Excellence

Propose and implement process improvements to streamline daily operations.

Introduce innovative methods to boost efficiency and improve customer experience.

6. Cross-Department Collaboration

Work closely with the marketing team to generate leads and attract potential clients.

Coordinate with the technical team to ensure effective use of the real estate application and platform.

Qualifications

1. Experience & Education:

Minimum of 5 years of experience managing sales teams, preferably in the real estate sector.

Strong knowledge of the real estate market and customer behavior.

Proven track record in achieving and surpassing sales targets.

2. Skills:

Exceptional leadership and team motivation skills.

Analytical mindset for solving problems and making decisions effectively.

Strong relationship-building and customer engagement skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

3. Technical Skills:

Familiarity with real estate platforms and sales management applications.

Proficiency in using tools like Excel or Google Sheets for performance analysis.
