Job Description
- Design and oversee the implementation of highly available and secured cloud-based DevOps infrastructure and solutions deployed to AWS, Azure, GCP and VMWare.
- Develop AI-powered infrastructure to enhance the efficiency and robustness of DevOps processes.
- Work within an agile development team and lead at an engineering level the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of the CI/CD tools.
- Monitor and optimize the performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness of cloud resources.
- Implement security best practices for cloud environments and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Proactively participate in every aspect of the entire life cycle of feature development, including input on requirements, designs, implementation, test design, test implementation, optimization, and delivery.
- Participate in peer code reviews, knowledge sharing, and SCRUM meetings.
- Document infrastructure architecture, designs and operational best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of DevOps experience in an Agile environment
- Experience in development and administration on Windows, Linux, MacOS, and/or Mobile platforms
- Fluent in one or more programming languages, such as Python, JavaScript, Ruby, and Shell
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI and/or ML in creating innovative applications that enhance productivity and efficiency, coupled with a strong eagerness to learn
- Expertise in cloud services across AWS, Azure, GCP, and VMWare with a deep understanding of their respective ecosystems.
- Experience in Jenkins, Chef, Puppet, or similar configuration systems.
- One or more Cloud certifications are highly desirable – AWS Certified Solutions Architect,
- Professional; Azure Solutions Architect Expert; GCP Professional Cloud Architect; Certified
- Kubernetes Administrator
- Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, operating systems, and other fundamental Computer Science concepts
- Strong work ethic with a commitment to meeting business needs and effectively collaborating with global colleagues
- Effective interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate successfully with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts with clarity, supported by effective written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail; ability to manage multiple work streams and correctly prioritize
